The revised course notes are available for download on this page. To download a chapter or the text book errata left click a link below. When asked, select save and click OK (If a window opens and asks for a password just select Cancel). Choose a file location and the file will be saved. MIE 5.x users: the file will open in a Word window. Just save the file to disk using the file menu or button bar.
